Nichia NUBM44/47 Laser Diode w/ Options - Brand New

The NUBM47-A1 / NUBM44-V2 Laser Diode by Z80 Lasers is a brand new 9mm/TO-5 blue laser diode with an output power of up to 7000mW (7W+). It operates at a wavelength of 445nm-450nm, making it ideal for various applications such as laser engravers & cutters, laser pointers, and medical/lab equipment. This high-quality laser diode is designed for precision and efficiency in healthcare, lab, dental, and industrial settings.
 
Diode modules are approximately 12mm x 30mm and are made from solid copper. This exclusive version has extended threads for the collimator lenses which helps significantly when focusing the beam. Diode modules will have two 22AWG silicone jacketed leads attached to the diode. A lens tensioning spring is included when selecting an option that includes a collimator lens. Diode modules are assembled using a high quality thermal conductive paste to help ensure heat dissipation throughout the module.
 
Lens options include:
G-2 Lens - For up-close cutting/engraving applications. Not recommended for long distance pointing.
G-8 Lens - For cutting/engraving & pointing applications. Good option for medium range pointing.
2-E Lens - For cutting/engraving & pointing applications. Good option for medium range pointing.
3-E Lens - For cutting/engraving & pointing applications. Good option for longer range pointing.
 
For longer range applications, a Beam Expander will help collimate the beam better than just a single lens solution.
 
Diodes are removed from a brand new diode block. They may contain solder residue on the base and pins. The diodes are expertly extracted and fully tested before shipping.
